Shipping Charges are as follows: $3.99 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA and $14.95 flat fee for Canada.

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Delivery time within the United States is 1-3 days and 5-10 business days for Canada. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.
Insufficient Address :
Please ensure that the correct shipping address is listed at time of checkout. If an order is not delivered due to an insufficient address, reshipment of order will incur a $6.95 processing and handling fee.
Delivered But Not Received:
We are not responsible for orders that show a tracking history of being delivered. If an order is shown as deliver but not received, we will file a claim with the USPS. Recipient is responsible for contacting their local post office and making an inquiry to confirm delivery and GPS location by mail carrier in route.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified. So please verify you enter the correct address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you have made an error with your shipping address please notify firstname.lastname@example.org. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address. If shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address; customer is responsible for reshipping charges.
Canadian Customers :Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax).
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our P.O. Box.
For safety measures, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any samples purchased.
Once an order has shipped, we DO NOT accept returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged and/or not as anticipated we will send replacements and/or do an exchange within 7 days of receipt of the package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
