Authorized returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
We will not accept products otherwise. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee (10% less the amount of the purchased price).The following steps are needed for returns:

2. Wait to receive return authorization via e-mail (within 48 hours) and the address to ship return items.

3. Please include tracking number with all returns as without this we cannot claim to have received your package.
**Packages without a tracking number can not be guaranteed a return.

4. Credit will be applied to account in the original form item was paid for.
