Cancellations: Please submit any cancellations via email to email@example.com . All cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of order placed .Please address subject of e-mail : Cancel. Include First name, last name, order number, and email address and the correct method of contact. All information given must be identical to that on the order placed or we will not cannot cancel.
We will refund the complete balance including shipping if cancellation is made within the 24 hours of order placed. After 24 hours we will not accept cancellations and if will be up to you to return the order once it has been received and received a refund (minus the 10% restocking fee.)
Domestic Orders- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority MailŪ .This method provides the most cost effective,and timely shipping option. Only Delivery Confirmation is included in the cost of shipping. Est. delivery time is 3-4 days. this is an estimation NOT a guarantee. The majority of orders do ship within this time frame.

International Orders - All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority MailŪ International. Please note USPS does not provide delivery confirmation on international orders. We can however provide you with a customs number that will allow you to see when your package has left the country. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

4. Fill out form including reason for return and credit option

2. Wait to receive return authorization via e-mail (within 48 hours) and the address to ship return items.
**For any method you choose all returns must include tracking number as without this we cannot claim to have received your package. **Packages without a tracking number can not be guaranteed a return.
